ℹ️ Important Information About Cancellation Policies

Special cancellation policies apply to the evening presentation and workshops. Please understand that last-minute cancellations are not possible under the same conditions as for our regular classes.

These events require extensive advance planning, and costs for speakers, venues, and other services are contractually committed and payable in advance. We therefore require a firm commitment when registering.

🙏 By registering, you agree to the special cancellation policies that apply to these events. Please carefully review these policies, as well as our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, before registering.

Cancellation Policy:

• Up to 181 days before the workshop: 0% of the registration fee**
• 180–151 days before the workshop: 50% of the registration fee**
• 150 days or fewer before the workshop: 100% of the registration fee**

If the workshop is canceled by Pfötchenhof Pfalz, for any reason, all workshop fees already paid will be fully refunded.

With prior approval from Pfötchenhof Pfalz, a replacement participant may be nominated once. The provisions of our Terms & Conditions apply.

📍 Event Location & Accommodation

🏨 Accommodation at Hotel Kastanienhof

For those who need accommodation, we have reserved a block of rooms at Hotel Kastanienhof.

⚠️ Important: Please book your room directly with Hotel Kastanienhof. This is the only way the hotel will know that you are attending our event and can assign your reservation accordingly.

🛏️ Rooms will be assigned in the order reservations are received. We strongly recommend booking early, as the hotel tends to fill up quickly.

💶 Each participant is responsible for their own accommodation costs. Hotel accommodations are not included in the event fee and will be paid directly to the hotel.

📸 Photo & Video Recordings

During the event, photo and video recordings will be taken and used by Pfötchenhof Pfalz for promotional purposes, our website, and internal and external training and educational purposes.

By registering, you agree to these recordings and their stated use. Unfortunately, participation without this consent is not possible. The recordings will not be used for any other purposes.
